“Our job is to improve your riding skills through quality instruction. Your personal goals as a rider will be the focus. We have been at it since 1980 and the iob never gets old. Come ride with us.” – Keith Code, Founder of California Superbike School (CSS)

There is always a standing question among newbie riders, “Where can I get proper training in riding motorcycles?”. The answers vary depending on who you are talking to. Some may say the name of famous local ex-racing champions who are now teaching. Some may mention names of companies who offer classes as a way to fulfill company social responsibility. Some may even claim to teach you themselves. And some will point you to the neighbor who’s been riding for decades. We say only one thing when it comes to all these suggestions- be wary. Be wary because your personal safety is on the line.

California Superbike School has been a global leader in teaching motorcycle riders how to ride well for over 40 years now. To cut to the chase, here's how a usual conversation goes when asked about CSS:

Do they teach racing techniques? Yes, among other topics.
But I’m not planning on racing. It doesn’t matter. Many of the principles taught are very
much the same whether racing or; just riding.

I don’t need advanced training. I; just need the basics.
But after you master the basics, will you not need more training – advance training? The sooner you learn it, the safer you’ll be.

Is it expensive? For many people, maybe.
Do I really need it? Yes.
Why? How much is your life worth?

I just want to be safe on the road, not become a great or fast rider.
CSS is not about becoming a great or fast rider. It’s about learning the correct techniques in riding. And those fundamental techniques will keep you safe on the road or save your life. Becoming a great or fast rider is up to you.

So if you’re a noob at riding and really want to get a head start on learning correct riding techniques and skill that not only make riding more enjoyable but also safer and if you so decide, go faster, then CSS is just right for you.

But wait, how about the other guys who are pretty good at riding and have been riding for many years now relatively safely, should they also join CSS? Do they need to? To answer that, a trainor at CSS once said, “If you’ve been bragging about riding for 20 years a certain way but that way has been proven to be incorrect and unsafe internationally, you’re actually just bragging about making the same mistakes for 20 years.

Join the California Superbike School sponsored by Wheeltek Group of Companies at Clark International Speedway this November 5-6, 2022 and be safe on the road while also improving your riding skills. You owe this to yourself and your family.
