Ride Mo’To Season 2 “We getting better and cooler!”Posted on: September 15, 2019
Ride Mo’To aired last 2018 at ABSCBN Sports & Action Channel with host Paolo Abrera and side-kick Prof M. Featuring bikes, rides and other cool things about our two-wheel machines. The show is perfect for riders who wanting to see more and know more about motorcycles and if you’re not yet into riding this show is also perfect for you. Ride Mo’To also makes sure that non-riders can easily understand what motoring is all about
Paolo Abrera, is a broadcaster, television host, lifestyle columnist, an age-group triathlete, avid outdoors-man and an avid motorcycle rider. Paolo has a lot of background in the TV and film industry and has hosted various shows in different network and currently with ABSCBN’s Rev, making Paolo Abrera over qualified to host Ride Mo’To TV Show with his trusty side-kick Prof M, who’s always experimenting on something and showing us cool tips and DIY on our motorcycles that would help out fellow riders. With this two together makes a perfect tandem for a moto-show.
Season 1 also featured a lot of cool bikes, like the Honda Click variant, oozing with new features, making it’s entry to the widely competitive 150cc scooter category. Plus, the ultra-rare bike Honda RC213V, a street version of Honda’s MotoGp bike. How rare? Nearly 200 units were made and only 4 in South East Asia, one of which is owned by Wheeltek Motor Sales Corp, one in the country!
We also had Kawasaki’s big bike like the Ninja 650, Versys 1000 and the super-charged H2-R! Everybody was all pumped-up when Ride Mo’To was shooting that bike. The sound the killer looks of the H2R making it so Instagram worthy bike. Kawasaki also showed everyone the inside of their Philippine Plant, Talking about how certain bikes are made in the assembly line.
Suzuki also helped Ride Mo’To with the show, lending us some of their cool bikes starting off with the underbones Smash 115, the Skydrive Sport dubbed as the Fashion Scooter and the Raider R150, perfect for riders starting their riding journey. Suzuki also shared their biggies like the SV650, GSX-750 and the VStrom 1000 that’s great for any kind of adventure.
Ride Mo’To also ridden on Yamaha bikes. Thanks to Yamaha Motors Philippines for bikes like our episode 1 Yamaha XMAX, Sniper 150 who has cult-following in social media, XTZ125 great starter bike for your off-road needs and their new Yamaha Mio Sporty, an all time favorite in the scooter class.
Ride Mo’To Season 1 was a blast! Literally! We blew a perfectly good running motorcycle on the last episode during one of Prof M experiments about firecrackers since New Year was coming near. With only 13 episodes and too many bikes to show and do. Time is not enough. That is why Season 2 is in the making!
Expect a lot of new cool things to happen, more Prof M experiments and DIY Tricks, more reviews by Paolo on the latest bikes there is. Expect season 2 to be more than exciting Ride Mo’To has a lot in store for all of you. Same time same channel!
